By using AtlaStep services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
AtlaStep provides: (a) a trading journal web application, (b) daily journal entries via the platform, (c) educational video courses, (d) trading calculators, and (e) 1-on-1 mentorship coaching. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of strategies does not guarantee future results. AtlaStep does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Enrollment in any AtlaStep program — including but not limited to journal subscriptions, video courses, PDF guides, and 1-on-1 mentorship — does not guarantee passing any prop firm challenge, obtaining a funded account, or generating any trading profits. Individual results vary based on experience, market conditions, and personal decisions entirely outside AtlaStep's control. All examples, testimonials, and performance references are for illustration only and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
Payments are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan. All sales are final. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
By accessing any paid content — including course materials, journal feeds, video recordings, PDF guides, or mentorship sessions — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Due to the digital nature of our services, no refund shall be issued for content that has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed. If you have not accessed any paid content and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will review on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@atlastep.com for any refund inquiries.
All content, code, design, and materials — including but not limited to journal entries, course materials, PDF guides, video recordings, journal software, and market analysis — are the exclusive property of AtlaStep. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of any AtlaStep content — including content forwarded outside the official Telegram channel, course materials shared with non-paying users, or PDF guides uploaded to third-party platforms — may result in immediate account termination without refund and legal action for damages, including lost revenue and attorney fees.
AtlaStep shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to trading losses.
